PUNEHOD DTF Inkjet Printer (A4 Printer+Oven)

We had another DTF printer go out on us and needed another very quickly. We ordered this printer and it came soon. It was easy to set up. Once we filled it with ink, flushed it and tried to print, it wouldn't print at first. We contacted support and they were very willing to help. There were some issues with the software but with tech support's help we got up and printing. The tech support guys spent many hours working with us and were very conscious about not keeping us up all night (Hong Kong is 15 hours ahead of us). We like the printer and are very happy with it's quality prints.

Got it setup easy and had great prints for the first two months. I've now spent months trying to get it to work again. Cleaned printheads, replaced parts, and have spent hours and hours texting with tech support. I not get a fatal error. Not worth it at all. Nothing but a pain and I'm now stuck with a printer that no longer works.

This printer is Amazing , My son got it as a gift from us. Is the best investment for his business. We was nervous in the beginning. He contact Customee Service and they are the best. They went through with him how to set up everything to him. FRANK and all his team was above beyond. I really recommend and the Customer service are Amazing . Thank you for helping my son.

This product is great to have and easy to set up. I began having issues with my white ink and I've reached out to customer service about it. Instead of getting it fixed (because it's still under year warranty) all they ask you to do is do certain tests and then send them pictures. They are not honoring the warranty

I was nervous to start with a new printer and dtf. The videos made set up a breeze. I did make an error in my set up and emailed customer service. They emailed me back a few hours later and with a few minutes was able to fix what I had did wrong. So happy with my purchase and the service they have to help you!

The machine was shipped and arrived fast. The machine is light weight but has power. The pictures are pretty and beautiful. Very very easy to install and print. This printer is the way to go!!!

The media could not be loaded. I have patiently been trying to get assistance with my defective machine. Procolored Customer Service tries to get me help to set up printer and i keep trying to explain that printer starts printing correctly but the printer head seems like its too low abd keeps hitting a lever which in turns messes up the print out. I am requesting a return and haven't had any luck. Amazon keeps sending me to seller. Seller sends me to a customer service person which is just a random California women who tried to help me install software, how to add ink and will ask her husband if he knows of a solution on printer head issues. Buyer beware!

First time doing DTF printing , first time setting up the printer , I did most of the steps of the usb drive on my own , but my printer wasn’t printing the nozzle check pattern. I contacted customer service through Amazon and they were very responsive , they gave me a phone number that contacted me through Skype with a support group. Super helpful . I was able to do my first printing and it looks great .I would suggest the company to maybe have a better manual , the printer comes with extra parts that it doesn’t say what are for , the support group was good at explaining. Overall im very happy with the experience
