Wrong item, but got good follow up and satisfied with the effort.
All I received was a headlamp. Felt scammed. Lamp was great. I sent it back the next day, though. Company reached out and tried to make full ammends, and went full out to try. I respect that and I'm changing my review. Unfortunately, I completeded my transaction elsewhere, but I respect good customer service and a sincere apology and I believe the explanation on their mistake. The loupes I got were the same as portrayed, and we're excellent for the price.

I currently work in surgery doing a vast number of surgeries ranging from Orthopedics to Vascular, and I must say, these are very comparable to 3000.00 dollar loupes. I love them!!
