Reviewed: Suvnie Motorcycle Cargo Net for Helmet Storage, 9.4''×10.6'' High Elastic Double Layer Bungee Net with 4 Hooks, Car Seat Mesh Storage Pocket, Luggage Strap Rack Expansion Organizer (4 Elastic Edges), $9.39.I ordered this net to use over the top of a 12" x 12" x12" storage box I have on a 4-wheeler.The top of my storage box is open, so when bouncing over rough terrain, things inside the case tend to bounce out.This size net, with elastic edges and elastic netting, when stretched over the open top, help to keep things inside my storage box.The plastic and metal hooks seem a little light-dut, but I think that this would work fine to hold a helmet onto a rack, when the motorcycle is being used on an "improved road surface", but one might want to add the included 4 metal hooks onto the netting, just for backup, if one were using this to hold a helmet in an "off-road" use.For what I will use this netting for, the 2 smaller plastic hooks and the 2 larger plastic hooks seem a little light duty.Also, the 4 light duty metal hooks, that were included, seem a light for my use, so I will be adding my own metal hooks and adding 4 more hooks around the netting, for a total of eight hooks holding the netting down onto the top of my storage box.I do like the redundancy of 2 layers of netting and 2 stretching bands, in case one should break, the other would take over.When I stretched it out, it stretched to approximately the same sizes that they advertised.This should work nicely for the application it was designed for, "road use", especially if you add the 4 enclosed metal hooks to the netting.

Nice quality cargo net. I got the smallest size because I needed it to fit over the basket on my commuter scooter, to hold backpacks or packages. It does fit pretty well for that purpose. Note that one side has longer elastic straps than the other side, and there are two different styles of plastic hooks - one side has quick-release hooks while the other two are harder to get off. This is a nice feature because the cargo net has a semi-permanent install this way. It also comes with thin metal hooks that you can use to replace the plastic hooks for a more permanent installation. It's overall good quality and works well.
