The one I ordered on Amazon arrives with a crack at the bottom of the pitcher, however it was easy to return. Since I needed one urgently, I just went and bough one at Walmart the same day and have been using it since. Water tastes and feels much better

First, with all the chemicals and not sure what else may be in the water I prefer filtering with a trusted system. We have one attached to the sink but it’s hard to read the date of when it was put in and also difficult to replace. I love the convenience of having the pitcher by the sink. I fill it twice to fill my water bottles for the day. I also use it for my coffee. We use a drip machine so I fill the hopper in the evening and set it for morning. The pitcher is easy to handle, not too heavy when full, the filter works well and the water has no funny taste. It also works quickly. I sometimes add a mix (like a lemonade packet) and it tastes like the flavor added, very pure. The amount I need at one time the pitcher is the perfect size. I am glad to make an investment in my peace of mind. We had it over a month now and I keep an eye on the light for a filter change. So far it’s been green. Water purity is no longer a concern.

I love this pitcher. It looks nice, I like the color. The light the blinks when you pour the water is helpful to see when you need to replace the filter. It's nice and big so I am not refilling the pitcher so often.

It works great and I can tell the water taste difference already.I trust this brand and happy with purchase... it is huge as well.
