This is probably my third hose in as many years and this is my favourite.
I didn't know if the quality would be good but it is and I am very happy with this hose and the reel. It keeps things tidy and the spray nozzle works well with a range of pressures /sprays

Super impressed as it was owner previously but was like new!
Really impressed with this item, would not have known it was own previously. Sturdy and easy transport within the garden and put away, very pleased for the price!

OK - not great, but OK.
The reel is plastic but sturdy and the layout of the hose and connector hose is great, the hose itself is fine although prone to twisting.The problems start as soon as you run water through it. The connectors inside the reel leak, a lot! I disconnected the screw fitting and generously applied some lube as the documentation suggests but it still leaked. The problem comes from the fittings where it clamps onto the hose itself, i believe the ridges along the hose compremises the seal.I ended up ditching the reel housing connectors and just using it like an old fashion spool for a simple point to point hose, with no connectors between the tap and hose.

ideal hose for the jobs i need it for. bought an added 8 setting gun also for all sorts of jobs. car to garden. well pleased for the price.

Terrible written instructions Watch a Utube video
Great product, terrible instructions. Yes you need the spring, and yes you are meant to unscrew the white plate, attach hose, and re assemble. I see a review from 10 years ago mentioned this and it’s still the same design in 2023, with no clearer instructions.

It works great so far
I have to buy a new garden hose every year because it’s easily broken or leaking. This one works well so far. Hopefully it will last for years.
