I really like this round griddle plate. it can fit four huge hamburger patties (from Costco) which is why I wanted the 12” instead of the 10”. The interior is enameled I think since it is easier to clean than my old cast iron griddle plate.

Worst product packaging I have ever seen. Both the original package and the replacement arrived with a shattered glass lid. Unfortunate, as I have used the smaller 10” steam grill and was looking forward to the larger 12” size.
