first time sublimating anything.
i have just started sublimating so i didnt want to buy anything too expensive but for the price (i wasnt expecting much) this machine worked very well on sublimation mugs. its not very heavy . it can be a litle bit fiddly when trying to open it when it has finished sublimating also the heat and timer dial was a bit fiddly to use. i wouldnt recommend this machine if you suffer from arthritis of fingers/hands. the heat gloves that came with it were a good fit and came in very useful
