Q: Where are these made?

Very well. I used it for wee wee pad for a feral kitty I'd bring into the house during the winter and put him on my bed to keep warm...he had slight accident's and never once did it go through to my comforter or bedding. was pretty dry and then I'd take it off and toss it into the washing maching. Still going strong.
