Batteries say they are 2600 mAh only tested at 1212 mAh
As I have the equipment I test all the batteries I receive. There is no indication in the ad as to the mAh rating of these but on the batteries themselves it states 2600 mAh capacity. I ran the test 2 times and the results were 1200 mAh for both batteries. I double checked the Opus tester by checking a known name brand battery and it checked right at its rated capacity so i assumed the test was accurate. I am used to off brand batteries testing below their rated capacity and still might purchase them because of their lower price and they work ok. But these particular samples @ 1200 mAh and at the current price of about $8.00 each to me are not worth the money.

Works well in my flashlights
An 18650 button-top battery replacement, I have two flashlights that take this kind of battery. Not all 18650’s have a button-top, so be sure that if you are replacing a flat-top battery, the battery compartment can accommodate the button-top.As for the battery itself, it charges quickly and keeps the charge well.

Nice batteries!
These Svenirven 18650 batteries are pretty good. Slapped them into my LED headlight, and they fit like a glove. They came pre charged, which saved me some hassle because i cant find the charger for my headlight. I Haven't had a chance to run them through a full charge cycle yet, but I'll give you an update on that soon.

Less than half the stated 2600mAh capacity
The text on the batteries state: Li-Ion 18650 3.7V 2600mAhNote: Li-Ion batteries must ship partially charged (as per shipping regulations). (these did, at ~4V)They shipped in a nice 2-cell clear plastic storage box. That was placed in a slightly larger box, but Amazon placed that box into a much larger box with no padding. The smaller inside box provided enough protection. The big box did have the required battery shipping warning label on it.These are “Button Top” batteries, which means that they have the additional battery protection circuit board at one end of the battery. This can make them slightly longer than un-protected (Flat-Top) batteries. (The “18650” battery type means a battery measure of 18mm diameter and 65mm Length(a “flat-top” type battery has this length).Since the “button top” adds length due to the protection circuit, these measured 67.5mm long.Note: The slight additional length is a known consideration in most device designs and can usually be accommodated with no issues. The battery protection circuit should prevent a Li-Ion battery from discharging to a voltage too low (Low voltage protection). , It also can do current limiting to restrict the maximum current that might be too high for the battery design. (to prevent possible damage to battery)BATTERY TESTS:Since a NEW battery may not show its full capacity until after a few charge cycles, I put the new batteries into an OPUS BT-C3400 battery charger and ran some “Charge/TEST” cycles:The “Charge/Test” charger function charges a battery up to 4.2V, then discharges it to minimum level, then re-charges it back up again, and displays the battery capacity it measured in mAh.(I usually use this on occasion to help monitor batteries to decide when to replace them. I’ll write the actual mAh number on the battery for future comparison.)The charger took 1.5 hr to charge both from the “as shipped” 3.99V & 4.0V up to 4.2V(at 500mA charge current with of course much lower charge current as it nears full charge)Then it starts Discharging them both at 500mA load rate. (Battery temps only rose to 89F, room temp 70f)It Discharged them to ~3.17V (and shows Capacity). Then it starts charging them up again. It consistently took a few minutes over 3 hours to full recharge the batteries from discharged state. These batteries never even came halfway close to the stated 2600mAh capacity.: (mAh = milli-Amp hour) Cycle1 Cycle2 Cycle3Battery1 mAh Capacity: 1219 1215 1219Battery2 mAh Capacity: 1162 1170 1179

Works but the capacity is not as advertised
Feature:Reviewing a set of two 18650 3.7v batteries with a case. I got it for my night vision rifle scope. They work fine and the device powers on and continues to function for about 90 minutes. I drained the battery by running it till my device auto shuts off. So far I've done two cycles and according to my charger, the capacity is around 1254 mAh instead of the 2600 mAh rated capacity, less than 50% of the advertised capacity.Quality:Properly protected terminals and nicely wrapped. No sign of swelling, charges discharges without any heating up.Price:$17.98 for the pair, even if it does reach the 2600 mAh it is still expensive compared to others.
