My favorite GF ramen
These are the best GF ramen noodles out there. They have more flavor than regular ramen, but not enough to overpower or ruin recipes. They do not get mushy or stick together like some other GF noodles do, as long as you don't overcook them. They cook easily and quickly. I tape the bag closed to save the other noodles and they stay fresh for a long time.

Good product but…
It really takes two of the noodle cakes to make a full bowl so they are expensive for what you get. I do like the noodles a lot but it is a lot of money for noodles.

not what I expected
The noodles tasted ok, but I thought it is brown rice noodles. Not quite, just so that you know this is a mixture white rice and brown rice noodles.
