I ordered two of these for my sons Aunts for Christmas, they was really cheap so wasn't expecting them to be great to be honest, but they are really lovely! My sons aunt cried when she opened hers . came quicker than expected and no problems in ordering and personalisation, would recommend to anyone wanting to give a special keepsake. Very happy with the product

Not great quality
Took quite a while to be delivered although the company were very good on informing with emails and updating me. Unfortunately when I received the item there was a tear where the zip is and there were a few threads dangling down in other areas of the cushion cover. The picture of the princesses are pretty and the personalisation was nice. The quality isn’t great, with a bit of sewing it’ll be ok. I knew returning it would cost more money so didn’t bother !
