Chiostro di Saronno Classic Colomba di Pasqua Easter Dove Cake, (Classic 1000g)

This year due to the Pandemic, we could not pick up a loaf from the Italian store we go to over 3 hours away, so I ha to order...it came later than Easter, but still so appreciated (and we savor it slowly, so it takes awhile). The flavor is AMAZING. I certainly don't need to eat much of it in a sitting anyway, so it is good that a little satisfies me (after the initial over-do because it has been a year)! Also, my Italian teacher assures me that is particular company is one of the good ones. <3

Purchased for my boss and his wife both Italian. While they were worried they never heard of the company they did tell me this was absolutely fabulous. Soft fresh light and delicious. They want to buy another one it was so good.
