I needed a logbook to keep up with my insulin injections. The Diabetes Workbook gives me a daily glance of my diet, glucose readings, and insulin injections. Now I realize I am my best caregiver.

I was leery in making this purchase, because the seller doesn't have enough pictures up of the book. However, its full of more detail and resources than I expected. Such as calories at fast food, BMI, weight info, positive affirmations, best exercises for diabetics. Also calorie/carb/protein counter section and logs for glucose readings... and much more. Great purchase!

I didn't purchase this book I purchased a book with cartoon characters on it. I was very disappointed with this package. The book I received has much less in it.

I would have preferred a log where I could record multiple things (weight, meals, blood sugar, and insulin all in an ample size row rather than on multiple pages.
