I’ve never written a 1 star review but ooof…. I had high hopes for this massager… I’ve used electro pulse type of massagers before & this one no matter how many settings i changed to & intensity levels alllll felt like I was just having muscle spasms so it was really uncomfortable… it felt kind of like restless leg syndrome around your neck & the surrounding area up to your jaw… except more intense… it could just be a defective one?

Not easy to use by slightly handicapped person.

I thought this was a messager as advertised, but it is an electric impulse. Doesn't really give relief like I thought a messager would.

They don't send instructions in English. If you want to return it, it costs more than the price of the product
