Amazing
I first tried these in Seattle and absolutely love them. Now I have moved to another state and crave them. These peppers are delicious on anything. I put them on pizza , hamburgers and add them into recipes. They do have a little bite to them.

Unbelievably delicious!
We love these- especially on sandwiches! They are pricey so I am not overly generous in their use! Highly recommend for the flavor!

Save the oil!
These are my favorite peppers. I was first introduced to them working at Chopt and they would use the oil from these to make the Mexican Caesar dressing. I use it in dipping sauces, dressings, hummus. It’s flavorful and versatile.

Good taste, but oily
I got these after visiting our local mods and ordering these peppers on my pizza. Applying them to our own homemade pizza wasn't quite as good honestly. They have a decent flavor. However they are soaked in oil, so with that, everything became oily on the pizza. I guess if you lay them on a paper towel first to dry out the oil it wouldn't be as bad. So for taste 5 stars. For oiliness, 0 stars.
