Beautiful chalkboard
Just received my chalkboard yesterday and hung it above a bar table in the kitchen. It is beautiful, solid construction and exactly what I was looking for.

Very Hard to Clean! Not Real Chalkboard! Stains with Regular chalk
Was excited to get this but then quickly realized that this board is not for everyday use because it is so hard to clean. You cannot just use a chalk eraser you will have to use spray to clean it. Also its not real chalkboard. Not happy with this purchase. Would have been awesome if it was great looking and actually able to be used daily for an office.
