Seriously if you want a full coverage, paint like concealer then this is it. It covers almost everything, similar to the Dermacol. However, please be aware that there is a learning curve to this. It's a very thick cream so you have to set this with a lot of powder. My tip is to always bake when you use this because it will slip and slide if you don't (even if you set with regular powder), so this is why I say it's not for the faint of heart. Because it sleeps and slide, I probably would not recommend if you want a concealer to last for a super long time.You also do not need a lot of product at all for full coverage – especially if you use your fingers then this product stretches and covers so well. This little container can last you for several months even with daily use. If you want a gorgeous, fully covered beat then this is the concealer for you. I don't have dry under eyes so I can't say for sure if people with dry under eyes would like this, but just use an eye cream for assurance. You can use this as an everyday concealer too, but I personally think it works best as a full glam concealer. In terms of authenticity, I would say this is real. I have never bought this from an official retailer so I can't say for sure (unless Amazon is an official retailer), but it certainly feels real and even comes with a little pamphlet.

This product provides excellent coverage and is silicone-free! It is really nice that you can use it as a full coverage application / concealer. You can also thin with moisturizer or sunscreen and make it as sheer as you would like (for a foundation). I'd recommend purchasing a lighter and darker shade so you can blend colors that suit your skin tone throughout the year. Some say it is pricey, but given that it is going to last for a couple years, it seems like an excellent value. The only drawback is the scent... may be irritating for some. There are YouTube videos on how to play the product. They may be helpful because it does take some getting used to.

Love the coverage, not happy with the tone of the color. I have pink-based skin - this was supposed to be a neutral color, but it's yellow on me. Super bummed because the quality is wonderful. Hoping to return, but not sure if I can.

I was tired of having a hard time finding a good concealer to match me and then having it melt off my face. For reference, Im 178 in MUFE HD, Bobbi Brown Foundation Stick in Almond and Use NC 50 in MAC studio fix concealer. I tried #13 in store but it was too light. I was happy to find the #14 on amazon. I normally use a concealer brush for my hyperpigmentation but with the SSE, I use my finger and lightly press and tap onto the dark spots.You only need a tiny bit. After applying SSE, I then finish with Becca Boudoir Powder in Chestnut and sometimes Guerlain Terracotta Bronzer #5. With the MAC concealer, when I use my brush to apply powder or liquid foundation, it RUBS off. In a few hours, you can see all my dark spots but not with the SSE. I like that my skin can breath through this product unlike the BB fdn stick and even though it's such a highly pigmented product, it doesnt look or feel heavy! It's definitely a keeper!!

I purchased this for my wedding makeup. A "professional" makeup artist claimed that it would never make me break out because "there are only 3 organic ingredients" which is a total lie. There are many many things in this foundation that can badly affect your skin. It ruined my complexion. Not only did my face break out from it but it made my whole neck break out and clog my pores to the point where a dermatologist had to give me a deep cleaning facial just to get it all off and out of my skin. My skin has never been the same since and I am still fighting the acne it caused.

I ended up returning this (thank you seller), I understand this product required a lot of "working" to make it look good, but i felt I had to blend so much that it would sit on my skin, and cover discoloration well, but would be blended right off any bumps or acne. Also, I have combination skin with a couple dry patches. Because this had to be blended so much, it would accentuate any dryness.I ended up going with clinique "even better"

This is hands down the best foundation/concealer I have ever used. I have very problematic skin and this little gem takes care of all of my issues. It covers my acne wonderfully and well as evening out my areas of redness. Don't be put off by the smallness of the jar in comparison to the price. A little really does go a long way! When I first used it, I was afraid it would be too heavy because it looks so thick in the jar. However, once I started applying it, I found out quickly that it takes very little to do the job. You can make it as thin or thick as you like. I use a foundation brush when I am applying it to my entire face and just use my ring finger for spot concealer. Moisturizer is the key to making this stuff work like magic though. I have always had a hard time getting foundations to match my skin tone but the #5 works perfect for me. I have very pale skin with yellow undertones and this nails it. I honestly can not say enough good things about this stuff. I am a lifelong customer at this point.

I really expected a lot for this product, but I was disappointed. As one of the reviewers said, the fragrance is just too heavy and strong--I felt nauseous. Also, it is made in Japan. I usually loved Japanese cosmetic products such as Shiseido, but I dumped all my Shiseido sunscreen and shampoo after the nuclear accident. The Japanese government still hasn't fully addressed their solution to the remaining nuclear residue resulting from the nuclear plant accident just a few years ago. I don't want to risk any adverse effect to my health or my future children's. Also, it dries out into patches. I tried mixing in with organic grape seed oil, but it is just too much hastle. I returned this product today

Lovely. Very pigmented. I have a fair asian skin tone and bought the SX05 and it works well. However, not the best at covering dark circles (mine are pretty bad) - I'll need a colour corrector personally before applying this for full coverage.Cheaper than buying from America though.
