Very pleasant surprise.
My wife gets cold hands when shopping in the winter and this product helps with that. very simple. Looks to be well built and looks like the battery life will be great. My wife loves it and now takes it with her when going out.

It works better than I thought!
When I'm out and about and the morning temperatures are well below freezing, this hand warmer makes an incredible difference. I wish I had this for the last dozen years! Versatile and very convenient for keeping warm on the go.

WORTH IT
Finally, a hand warmer pouch that I like. It's durable, looks good and discreet, and actually warms my hands very well- and fast! For reference, I used my 12000mah power bank with it. Right when I plug it in, the power button lights up, cycling through the red, blue, and green colors before turning off. Long press to turn on, and it turns to red (high). It heated up real fast, and it's super warm. The heat pouch itself is very well padded, almost looks like the sleeve of a puffer jacket. The padding keeps the zip pockets from getting too warm, so I'm not worried about my power bank getting too warm in there. So, while the zip pockets do get warm, they don't get anywhere near as hot as the actual pouch section where I slip my hands into.Quality: Amazing! The knit cuffs are made of a very good quality, so they're not going to get pilled or stretch out over time. It's made very well, the outer fabric is a nice quality, as well as the interior fleece fabric. I'm very happy with it, and I feel like it's going to last a long time. I do wonder about the care though. There is no information of cleaning, so I'm only going to assume that it's going to be spot clean only. Also, knowing this, I know that I'll have to make sure to be careful when I use it for activities where it may get dirty (camping, hiking, etc).Overall, I'm very happy with my hand warmer pouch! It looks great, and actually does what it's supposed to very well. I'd recommend it 100%.

Just What I Need For My Cold Hands
It works really well. I used my 10000mAh power bank and set it to the blue level of heating. That kept my hands nice and toasty. The neck tie keeps my hands resting in the pouch comfortably. I was able to keep this on the blue setting for about 3 hours, the power bank indicator is only one-fourth down, but the unit turned off by itself. I don't recall seeing an instruction sheet, and wonder if this is an automatic shut off. Since there's still power in the power bank, I restarted it after about 10 to 15 minutes. The unit turned on and again I set it to the blue level, and it went on warm for another 3 hours, then it turned off again automatically. I didn't see this mentioned in any reviews, and now wonder if it happens to my unit. That's OK though, I think it must be a safety feature. If I'm warming my hands in a cold car, and fell asleep, I may accidentally burnt my hands. Now I know that my power bank can warm my hands for at least 6 hours. I like this hand warmer, better than any that I've tried before.

Must supply own battery bank
I didn't realize this did not come with a battery, which accounts for the price that is 1/3 that of competitors that do include a battery. The directions say to use a power bank with a regular USB A output jack. That actually works better for me since I don't have to worry about being able to locate the proprietary battery charger like my other muffs require. I did try this with my battery bank and it works well. Both sides of the interior of the muff, front and back, heat up when turned on. Like other muffs, the muff will reduce heat after a few minutes of being on high power. I'm going to keep this one in my car since I already keep an emergency power bank in there and it is easy to charge my power bank in the car. I also like that this one has a sling to fit over the head, which is more versatile than other muffs that clip around the waist.
