Writing this as a 70+ adult with some bowel incontinence. These did just what I wanted and allowed me to swim in the sea during a Lanzarote holiday without stuff dropping out. They do get damp all the way through, so I suppose it's just solids they contain best, but that's what I wanted. And they don't restrict movement and look like normal.

I bought these jammers for myself. I am an adult who is incontinent. I couldn't wait for these to arrive for me. They fit me like I expected and fit well. So my wife and I went to the beach for the weekend. I wore my new jammers. I wanted to see how they would work for me. It didn't take long before I did a load in them. My wife was the one who told me I have a bm in my pants. I don't even know it happened, but she knew by a slight bulge in my seat of my jammers. Where we were on the beach, there wasn't any facilities. I had to wear my load in my jammers. I had no choice but to stay in it for a while. The jammers never leaked, and I remained comfortable. It's a great product and performed well. I wore and used my jammers all weekend with no leaks. Thanks for helping me get back into the water again.
