The fan is beautiful and super quiet but the switch burned up after four five uses.

did not come with remote, lights are like a night light Do not buy!
I purchased because I wanted a fan with remote and light. No remote included and the lights are no brighter than a night light. I wish I had paid more attention to previous reviews, as they have stated the same. This is how they do business. Buyer Beware

No remote control
One of the main reason we purchased this item was for a remote control. The description stated it had one. The fan is beautiful but is no use for us without a remote. We will be shipping it back.

Did not come with a remote as described and will not reimburse you if you don’t pay for shipping to ship it back. Do not do business with. Amazon said they would ban them from selling because of false advertisement but they are still selling….. BEWARE!

What a RIP off...
Once I got fan assembled and installed. Fan was very noisy and wabbled so bad I had to turn it off. Then Amazon wanted me to pay to return it. I now have a fan for sale barely used. Any one interested...

Crappy build quality.
Less than four years old and the entire wiring assembly failed. I have several ceiling fans and never had this problem. Very disappointed since this is a damp-rated fan and it sits under a weathertight patio roof.
