Tasty experience
They didn’t help with my brain fog but I suspect it may not be a quick fix solution. Very pleasant taste and psychologically i felt healthier for taking the tablets and no overloading on caffeine in the morning. I have bought more of the tbags for work now as they are a refreshing alternative

Pukka Turmeric capsules are the best thing for my arthritis. The tea is an acquired taste, but does settle the stomach.
