Really sturdy mattress of very good quality but ultimately far too firm for me. Not the easiest thing to return as moving it back off the bed and downstairs was impossible for me given the weight. But! heavy is good! It stops it from slipping around on your bed 😊 Carriers came and shifted it no bother and I've added a picture of it heading back to Amazon who arranged the return without fuss.Value for money was fantastic as it seems much more expensive than what was paid. I've no doubt this mattress would last you a lifetime. Came vacuum packed, double wrapped and in a box. Easy to open with the wee plastic cutter, included to help you avoid damage. No weird chemical smells as others have reported.Definitely a 5 star from me, despite returning it. Knocking anything off that rating due to personal preference would be extremely unfair. I just needed a really soft mattress and this wasn't it.As a side note, the manufacturer's customer service team did offer a partial refund to allow me to buy a topper but due to living with multiple chronic pain disorders I knew this wouldn't fix it for me. Excellent after sales care.In conclusion, an excellent value for money mattress. Well made, firm, supportive, but not soft or plush.

I haven't been so satisfied with a good night's sleep in a long time. I would buy it again and recommend it. Excellent quality, consistent with all the information provided, we are very satisfied. Quality, comfort, firmness and great value for money.

Review of single bed size mattress which arrived in good order and in the timeframe as stated by Amazon.If you order a boxed mattress you (should) know what to expect, so we knew to be careful unrolling and to leave it to settle before using it. Even a single mattress like this one is quite weighty, but thanks to excellent instructions the unrolling and settling process passed without incident and well before the suggested 72 hours it seemed to have regained what looked to me like a "normal" shape, with no odours or other problems of any kind.A week has now passed of a tall, well-built user expressing their delight at how supportive yet comfortable this mattress is - and that's compared to their previous Swedish branded much pricier pocket-sprung mattress that was not old but of a larger size, hence the change.At the price point this really does represent excellent value, and for what I needed out of a matress this seems as close to ideal as I'm going to get.Any thicker and buying fitted sheets becomes more problematic; any thinner and decent support for weightier users becomes less likely.Is it perfect? No, but expecting perfection at this budget would be unreasonable. For example: having handles sewn onto the sides would be useful to aid turning etc. and having a real damask covering would be good too. But they're "would likes" rather than necessities.Priced as these are, if it lasts a few years before needing replacing it still represents a far better proposition than going for a major brand at many times the price which might - and only "might" - last a while longer.As it is, these are great value.

Purchased two Mattresses. They were packed very well, no smell when opened. Nice and comfortable for my two teenage sons. Definitely worth every penny.

Arrived on time in a large box, heads up that the small double is 26 kilo's so will likely need two of you to manoeuvre into place, it's double wrapped in a roll, take the first wrap off (there's a lot of it!) and then carefully unroll it onto where you need it - then be careful when you take the vacuum sealed second wrap off as it'll expand very quickly once free.Great quality for the price, definitely on the firmer side which I prefer (don't go for this one if this isn't you - or find a mattress topper) but am impressed with the feel and construction - feels like it'll last a long time.

This is one amazing mattress wow it’s true to its size and well worth it’s money and very comfy to sleep on was very scared at buying mattresses online but I am so glad I did cause I tell you I had a great night sleep definitely recommend anytime

Delivered when said was easy to get up the stairs popped up when opened didn’t sleep on it for 72 hours as stated to allow for the expansion of the mattress and it’s very comfortable and is everything it said it is in the description our last mattress was £3500 and I would never spend that kind of money again it’s not worth it in my opinion!
