Fantastic gloves
Perfect fit. Tight leather!

Excellent quality
These gloves are both stylish and fit for their purpose. The leather is a fine, smooth and thin cut, and that makes it perfect to use them in the car. The pictures do not do them justice, as they have a much nicer shine (though not shiny like a plastic or vinyl) and color. The one thing I will say is that they are tight, which is how driving gloves should be for functionality reasons, but if you're buying these for fashion reasons I'd suggest either a size above your regular or quite frankly, another set of gloves entirely.I'm not a professional like a taxi or a limousine driver or what have you, but I am a car enthusiast as well as a motorcyclist. I drive frequently and for a long time I did it for sport. These gloves have been superb for the very reason they were built. They have very soft insides and can be worn for extended periods of time should you ever take long drives. The detail and handicraft put into the design of the gloves does nothing but make them a more satisfying buy. Even that nice leather smell is pleasing. These gloves are great not only for the price but for what it is that you're getting, and are quite frankly worth every star and dollar.

Almost as good as gloves from Dent's of England, but last pair had a problem
I ordered these gloves to replace a stolen new pair of $75 driving gloves made by Dent's of England (world's oldest glovemaker) have to say that I'm EXCEPTIONALLY PLEASED with these! The stitching and very thin leather (feels like kid leather, perhaps) are high quality and well finished; there are no loose threads, and most important, the fit shows that these are well designed for a man's hand, in that the finger length is not too long, proportionally, to the size of the palm. My hand circumference around the knuckles is between 8.5 and 9 inches, so I ordered a "Large" which is equivalent to a Size 9 appropriate for me, and the fit was excellent-- snug but not tight, with a perfect finger length. [Please note that a woman with typically longer fingers and a more slender palm might find these either loose around the palm or too short in the finger length.] The sense of finger touch through the thin flexible leather is very good. Now, if only these were offered in tan leather as well as the colors shown (the dark brown color shown in the image is an accurate representation, BTW). Excellent gloves, and at this low price (they're made in China, of course), a no-brainer decision. You won't be disappointed.Follow-up: the most recent pair I bought (reviewed above) developed a wear hole at the tip of the left-hand index finger within maybe 6 months. I only use these gloves for driving my car, nothing else, and my car has a smooth polished Mota Lita wooden steering wheel from England, so the gloves never rub on anything abrasive. Otherwise they fit perfectly, as usual, and I'm at a loss as to why they wore so quickly—not typical. Maybe a bad batch of leather… Anyway, need to replace them.Pratt and Hart, please take note!

Nice gloves for a good price
I bought a pair of large brown gloves. When I wear them driving I feel incredibly cool. It doesn't matter if you're wearing short sleeves, long sleeves, or a suit - these things look killer. (They don't look that great with a crew neck T-shirt, but then again nothing does.)The one complaint I have about the gloves is the color. The brown gloves are so dark I thought they were black at first glance. I actually had to hold them up to some black leather to determine that they were, in fact, brown. If you are looking for more of tan color like in the photo of Ryan Gosling as The Driver, or even a bit of a lighter brown like the one in the product photo, you will be disappointed. The leather is very soft and thin. The little holes on the fingers and palm prevent your hands from getting sweaty during extended use. The stitching is nice, although I would prefer the seam to be on top of the fingernail instead of at the tip. Since these are driving gloves, it doesn't really matter, but it makes doing precise tasks more difficult. One nice thing about these gloves is that they work with most touch devices like laptop track pads and smart phones. Again, the stitching at the tips forces you to use the flat of you fingers, but it is fine if you need to unlock your phone to answer a call. The knuckle holes are both stylish and prevent wearing from constant fist making. Unfortunately, your knuckles are exposed, so they will get bloody if you get into a fist fight. (Which will no doubt happen because you are an ass-kicking getaway driver.)The button snaps are classier than Velcro, but the pressure necessary to secure the snap is a bit unpleasant on that area of the wrist. The gloves stop just above the top of the ulna. The snugness will depend on how fat your hands are. I have fairly long, thin fingers, so they are a bit loose. If you hands are a bit more sausage-like they will be snugger. Although the wrist band is elastic, a wrist much more than 8" around will probably be too tight.Overall I would buy these again and would recommend them as good, cheap driving gloves. I may get a pair in black to wear with black shoes and shades.

Awesome gloves, bought for a costume, wear them daily.
I love these gloves. I originally picked them up for a "old timey Joker" costume and decided to put them on for a bit to break them in. They fit perfectly, first off - definitely go with the size you think will be snug on your hands. But after putting them on to run errands, I found them to be great little driving gloves. I had never intended to get gloves just for driving but these feel great when I'm at the wheel. They don't slide around like most winter leather gloves do and best of all, they don't have those pads for touch screens that every damn glove has these days! I've been searching for gloves like this for years and finally found them! The material is very nice. My girlfriend is a fashion major and the wardrobe supervisor and costume designer at an historic theater and she is always the first one to tell me something is shoddy construction or poorly made, and she was practically drooling over them! Often times, the model wearing the item in the product picture will make it look way better than it is but I'll tell you what, these look just as good on my hands as they do on that other guy.She and I are going to look great as Joker and Harlequin for Halloween!
