This ankle ice pack wrap is soft and flexible even you put it in the freezer for days. 
Please place the ice pack flat in a refrigerator at -20°C for 4-6 hours for immediate use. If colder temperature needed, frozen it longer with lower temperature; Take out the ice pack from freezer, wipe off the moisture and pull it over the required area. Wear and keep it in place for approximately 15-20 minutes.
