These jam jars are so cute! They're small, hexagonal jam jars that hold 180ml/ 6oz. They came very well packaged with no damages. It would have been nice to see a more sustainable packaging used rather than the foam however it did transport the jars well and kept them undamaged and my daughter has found many play uses for the foam!There are 15 jam jars and you also get cute little scalloped edge chalk board effect stickers and a white chalk paint pen included in the pack.There are so many uses for these jars. They're incredibly sturdy and look great. You can obviously use them to store preserves that you make but equally they'd be ideal for storing all sorts of household items. They'd be ideal for storing things that are on display as they make anything look pretty.We plan to use them to make our own candles in. Great value and a good quality jam jar.

These glass jars arrived perfectly packaged and intact without any damage. I was very impressed with the packaging. I am usually not that thrilled with over or under packed items, but these were done really well.The seal of the lids were great. I was not sure if I can freeze them but so far I have had no problems. If you are planning to stake these, it is better to go back to Mason standing jars.I have used many of these for salsa sale and they were great. The buyers loved the size of these as they are not too big.

These jars came very well protected with purpose-cut padding, so all arrived in perfect condition. The seller even included a set of black stickers to label them (no chalk marker in mine!).Myself I'll be using them for craft storage rather than preserves - although I do make quince jelly every year, as we have a tree in the garden, so I know the process. As I'm not using them for preserves I can't comment as to their heat-resistance, but they do seem to be very well made and of a good thickness, and I'd have no qualms about heating them or boiling the lids. I'm not sure whether these are the click-pop lids which indicate a perfect jam seal...perhaps someone else can comment on that?But these are a great size for craft storage of all kinds of bits and bobs - in fact I'm actually wondering whether to keep the beautifully cut foam protection to store them in, and maybe wall-mount it in my craft room so that I can store them lid-in and see the contents at a glance, without them taking up table or shelf-space.All in all very happy with these, and would ahve been so had I wanted them for crafts, candle-making or jam-making. At less than £1 per jar, they're a bargain!

Nice jars for homemade jams etc. They are the perfect size for gifting and the gingham lid just adds the finishing touch. The lids have a coating on the inside which makes them safe to hold acidic contents ie vinegar, fruit juice etc. so no chance of them rusting. They come with black labels and a chalk marker. These are so much nicer looking than the ordinary jam jar and really stand out.

£13.79 for fifteen 6oz jars isn't too bad as they have decorative lids and look good enough to make up a gift. I will be using in the summer (hopefully) for honey from my beehives as I have a lot of people to give samples to, but I don't like them all enough to give away 1lb jars! They come well packaged and all of mine are good quality with no chips or blemishes.Positives:- Good quality jars- Supplied well packaged with no risk of damage in transit- Lids fit well and will provide a good sealNegatives:- A shame the packaging is throw-away foam rather than recyclable cardboard.

The lids on these aren’t tight enough. They just about fit on, but you can’t twist them to close them tightly and as soon as you lift them up by the lids they fall off. I’m sure they might be okay for some people but not me. It is a good price and if the lid fit better that be great. Can’t recommend

I wanted some small, nice-looking jars for gifting my homemade chutney and jam to family and friends, I saw these jars and thought they looked to be exactly what I needed. (I do also, of course, recycle jars at home but wanted a matching set for special gifts.)The jars were extremely well packaged and arrived in perfect condition, and they appear to be of very good quality. Their hexagonal shape makes them look more interesting than the standard round jars, and the checkered – gingham look - lid is very attractive. Just add a nicely written label and a piece of ribbon and we have a winner, and an expensive-looking gift. When recipients see it, they will appreciate the time and effort that’s gone into making it.
