You can learn how to transition to clean eating by reading this book. There are some great recipes in this cookbook that I will be preparing as soon as I can go to the grocery store. A very nice cookbook for eating healthy.

Easy Read
This book was a quick and easy read with a good amount of recipes. It wasn't exactly what I was expecting. Most of the information is easily found through a little research on your own. Healthy "clean" food is subjective but this follows a secular modern view on that.Clean food means something different for me. Having put my type 2 diabetes into remission by eating a low carb diet and following a biblically clean diet. If I started eating the way this book suggests I would come out of remission and would need medication again.

I liked that the recipes were tasty sounding and easy to make. I think it presents clean eating as a much more feasible and attainable goal. I plan on buying groceries to make many of these recipes soon.

This book was sent to me to review. I found it very easy to understand the principles of clean eating and how to incorporate the theory into your life. The recipes were easy to follow, using basic ingredients.Overall a very good introduction to a clean eating lifestyle.

There is a section under the recipes to make notes- for when you make the recipe again. Good idea.A good starting place if you’ve never cooked from scratch and are used to eating ready meals or UPF.If you are aware of what clean eating is and know how to cook with whole foods- this book may be too simple for you.

A really ok and interesting text, full of vegan recipes. all to try and enjoy, explained step by step from preparation to cooking. Also ideal for those like me who love to experiment in the kitchen, I have tried some recipes and I also admit that they are also quite good as well as healthy.A book that is very convenient for those who have made a vegan choice, because it allows you to replace meat, which is not always easy. Thanks to this book I have stimulated my body and provided me with the nutrients I need. Chapter after chapter, all the secrets of the vegan diet are revealed to us. I was accompanied in all the phases necessary to obtain excellent recipes: from the shopping list to the doses, to the method of preparing and preserving the food.As per the description, reading which is a mine of suggestions and advice for creating tasty, nutritious and balanced dishes. A variety of recipes ranging from appetizers to desserts.

Learning how to switch to minimally processed foods
What is clean eating? Basically it's about minimally processed foods, those that remain as close to their natural. I particularly liked the 30-day meal plan: it gives you the total day nutrition information such as calories, protein, carbs and fat count; it also makes you free from planning the day meals!
