Chocolate melted
The chocolates arrived melted, if you could improve that that would be great.

Dissatisfaction
The packaging was not good at all.The entire chocolate was melted and wasn't edible at all since the chocolate was mixed with the wrapper and the oil/butter was also leaked.Couldn't enjoy the chocolate at all.It's all melted how am I supposed to have or taste the chocolate.

chocolates were mushed but still ok, even though it came inside a coolant it was melting, overall was ok !

Not the quality I expected
I had these chocolates in the United States it was awesome that's why I ordered it here but it wasn't the same little disappointed 😞😞😞😞

The chocolates looked very bad.
The assorted chocolates came in box which was crushed and the chocolates were of very cheap quality, not at all the original Swiss kind. Please don't buy these sub-standard product
