Either Defective or Failed Almost Immediately
This SODIMM was rated exactly the same as the other module in the laptop. However, with this module installed the machine started properly once and the started generating all kinds of errors. Booting with only this module did not help. I had to return it.

Hey, it's ram and it works
i was too lazy to pull what i needed out of an older laptop. actually it was buried in my walk in closet somewhere. but when i found it, it actually had the same ram specs i could have used. oh well.
