This watch is perfect for intense athletics and strength-endurance trainingI needed an easy to view time for interval training.I train to muscle failure, take a few short interval breaths and start again.Trying to focus your eyes and keep track of time is difficult at failureThe easy to read dial and the red/white quarter banding makes my training much easier.The band of the watch tucks itself so it minimises how far it comes off the wrist. This is a great feature for compound exercises that require both of your forearm to be close to your trunk, like deadlifts, rdls, and power lift.The watch is very light and this is perfect for athletes who train or perform isolaterally, such as yoga moves.I bought the watch a low price of ~$18 but would easily pay 4 times or more that price for a light waterproof watch with these features.If you’re up before dawn training for your sports, military, police, firefighting, etc this is the perfect watch/timer to put on and forget.

i love this watch. This is my second time buying. . I have mistaking watched and dried it in my washer and dryer but it is still working . I have to buy another one because one of the hand went off during the process
