A strong and robust golf practice net that's easy to set-up and provides excellent coverage...
The “Golf Practice Hitting Cage System Net” from “Kapler” is a well-made and incredibly sturdy net for practicing your driving and chipping with.I have to be honest, I’m somewhat of a newbie to golf. I’m however, really enjoying getting to grips with the game and learning and developing my techniques.I ordered this 10ft x 7ft x 6ft net, as I thought a relatively large one would be advisable for my often somewhat inaccurate shots. The hitting net arrives in a non-branded brown cardboard box, requiring a reasonable amount of assembly. The set comes with a relatively easy-to-follow instruction manual for how to assemble the hitting net. Following the instructions was easy to do, and within ten-minutes I had the net up and ready for use.The quality of the materials that make up the hitting net are excellent. The fabric of the hitting net and indeed the poles remind me of a good-quality tent or similar. The poles slot together in the same as a standard tent, with the same degree of flexibility and rigidness where they meet and slot together.Furthermore, the hitting next comes with four “tent pegs” to hold the net down and ensure it doesn’t get knocked over or blow away. Personally, I would have liked a few more than this, as the pegs can become lost or damaged quite easily. Also, if the wind picks up, it would be good to have the hitting net pegged down much better than with just four pegs. This is particularly relevant if you’re planning to leave the hitting net assembled and up, overnight for a second session the following day.Aside from the minimal amount of tent pegs that come with the set, I have been very impressed with it. I’ve used the hitting net a good few times now, and have found the size, quality and robustness of it very good. It does come with a handy carry bay for storing it away in. This is reasonably good quality. However, as a final note worth mentioning, the set is reasonably heavy when carrying it around.

Easy to use
This is easy to put up. Takes about 10 or 15 minutes if you follow the instructions. It's not that big and I would recommend using practise balls only as with wedges there is a good chance you'll fly one over the top. Real balls will cause a disaster at some point. Essentially you're getting this to save money on practise balls. Is that worth it? I would say no. You can set up with a driver but I'm not sure the net will withstand real balls for long. Can be stored away easily though. Is easy to put down as it is easy to put up. Needs to be pegged as is lightweight and will not stay in place in a strong wind.

Check your sizes before ordering!
The husband absolutely loves this and thankfully we do have a big space outside in which to store it and to put it up. Takes about 10 minutes to put up and it’s slightly fiddly but it’s such a great way to practice in your own back garden so well worth it.

A bit fiddly
The installation of this is not too difficult but I found a bit fiddly. It took two people to put it out and it’s huge! Careful with the measurements and make sure it fits in your garden. Is great to use as practice target as it helps you get better without having to go to the golf course. As others have said, with the UK weather and sometimes strong winds you need to make sure it’s all packed and safe once the practice is over, to ensure it not flying around the neighbourhood. The price is a bit high as well.

Great for golf practice once set up.
I ordered this golf practice net for my husband as he is keen to be able to practice golfing more and this net is perfect for golfers who do want to practice at home/in their own garden but don’t want to risk losing balls or even worse- sending them into the neighbours home or garden. In the set are the following items:1 x Golf Net (with Poles and Pegs)1 x Target Cloth1 x Storage Bag1 x Installation LeafletWe initially set the net up before all the bad weather arrived, and it was just as fiddly to take down (once fore-warned of the impending windy conditions) as it was to erect in the grist place, although I do hope it will get better/easier with practice. The poles do tend to snag on the netting material when putting them into place/removing them again which is a bit of a pain to be honest. The quality of the net seems good, and everything seems to be well made. The material is a reasonable quality and the large sized target does aid in helping you to better your aim as well as being safe to hit at.I like that it comes with a carrying bag for transporting with you and also for storage when not in use. It’s fairly lightweight to move around (my husband seems to have no issue with it) and the carry handles make it simple to carry. All in all, this is a nice practice net and definitely seems to occupy my husband for hours at a time.I think it would make a great gift idea for a loved one.
