The media could not be loaded.  I ordered this because I wanted a simple waterfall I didn’t want the rocks and stuff. The water pump on this thing is powered well you get a nice even steady flow of water. It holds a good amount of water to. So far so good I’m not disappointed with my purchase.

Bought this as a present for my boss. After a month and half, the ac/dc adapter box that plugs in the wall started an ungodly loud buzzing, like it was full of cicadas. We had to unplug it for sanity's sake and I can't find a replacement that works with it.It's very upsetting because we have gotten so many compliments on the fountain in our office.

Good quality, but noisy and no switch for the light

The media could not be loaded.  I absolutely love this fountain feature in my office. I added some pebbles around the base to soften the sound & add a more natural vibe. The pebbles do make it slightly more difficult to add water, but it's still pretty easy. I do have to fill it every 2-3 days. I'm not sure how low it's actually getting, I just add water when I notice the sound change. The light on top of the bubbling water looks like a flickering candle at night. I do wish there was an option to turn the light off. I would also really appreciate a switch to operate an on/off function. The fountain has to be unplugged to turn it off. I just leave it on because it is inconvenient to get to the outlet I have it plugged into. I set it up about 3-4 weeks ago and the fountain has run beautifully.The fountain was packaged very well in a nice box. It would make a really nice gift to order & send directly to someone. The price at the time I ordered was $56. Great gift for under $60.

There is no option to turn the light off and has noise all the time.

This is like nothing I have ever seen before…and I love it!! It is easy to use and beautiful! It came in perfect condition and very well packaged. It is so nice it would make a wonderful gift. I absolutely love this.

I have to monitor the water levels every few days because I keep it plugged in while using a space heater which maybe increasing evaporation.I used this tranquil fountain to help create a relaxing atmosphere in my sitting room. I am very happy that its in one piece, its working and I can hear the calming trickling sound in the next room.It requires a special adapter which is included. Im happy with the size, shape, color, soothing sound and low light. I did not receive a instruction booklet but it was easy for me to set up.After four days the fountain stopped pumping. I had to add water and make sure the pump was immersed in the water. The fountain began working again.
