Missing vital chargers. System inop
Product was missing the charger for base and the charger for the phone cradle. It was suppose to have both chargers included. System will not work with no way to charge.

No phone support
We bought this system for our facility because it came highly recommended . When i went to set it up there was a notice that said if you need help call their support line.Since the instruction were not helpful i needed to call them for help. Well the support help line was no longer in service and all help was now through chatting on line. I started to chat and got Nicholas to help me. I had way too many questions to ask via chatting so i told him i would be returning the system.Suddenly he could call me for support. He was in no way nice , he spoke to me as if i was a phone tech. I told him several times that he needed to speak to me as if i were a 5 year old , because i didn't understand what he was saying well he didn't. We couldn't get the phones to register and after about an hour of going through this, I found out i had the wrong phones for the system is had even though on line it says the system and phone work together. finally i asked for his supervisor and he stated he was a supervisor. When i stated in the future he may want to talk to people nicer , he hung up on me. I've been trying to log on to get his info. and it keeps saying "all support is busy". He blocked me.
