Works OK customer service terrible
The stick blender worked great, the mini chopped is useless just knocks things around, they the whisk is OK but too weak, fine for egg whites that's about it. My issues is that the stick blender section has stopped spinning and I think it's because there is a part missing inside. If you go to the Braun Delonghi spare part site it's in the US, you can't fill out the contact form as it does not accept UK phone numbers.If you go to the UK Braun site it's not for Delonghi. If you go the UK Delonghi site the phone number is an automated response saying go to a website but as it's digital it cuts out the name of website.Basically it has been impossible to get the spare part, zero way of contacting the company.
