The tumbler works great, I had a little problem with the shipper, but amazon sorted it all out. I get more kief per ounce now than ever before!

Great product

After using this for the better part of a year, I think I’ve figured it out. It’s actually pretty simple: No more than 3oz of frozen green, 20 1” wooden craft balls & 12 minutes. You’ll never get all of it so I save the green that was just run & then do the ice water method to capture more.

I like it. I wish it had a Tray on the bottom, but no issues with it so far. It was a little to expensive, but I couldn’t find it anywhere else.

The equipment doesn't work. The concept is good but the motor can't handle the weight of the container. Even when it runs without any grams. Presented this to the seller and they left me hanging that they would get back. It's been over a month.

This thing is almost 600$ yet I can barely get the drum out because the screws are too long. It had caused the drum to become damaged. Also if you want to replace the screen you have to take the drum all apart. This thing was slapped together by using the cheapest quality parts and then sold at a premium price.

Product was rusty when it arrived. Disappointing product quality, but at least I got a refund 🤷‍♂️
