great knife set for kitchen and meats
love love this set!! ive ordered them for myself and gifts the only reason not a 5 is i dont know what each knife is for that would be a great addition and i would give this a 5 if included was hat each knife is good for and instructions how to sharpen as i typically use 3 from this set because of lack of knowledge and those 3 get dull easier and not sure how to sharpen owners manual and description please

Beautiful & very, very SHARP! I simply moved the knife/ block over to wipe surrounding countertop and felt a slight tingle,like a few tricks of a needle, very subtle. It took me a few minutes and drops of blood to realize I had cut myself thru that light contact. Mark my words, "You will draw 1st blood (urs), with these marvelously crafted tools of the Culinary Arts, so ENJOY! Member, to put ur love gloves on, trust me...,
