I consider it a flat brush with rounded edges

Neither. Vinylux Weekly is a regular nail polish. It does last longer than other polish brands. Many of the Vinylux colors are also available in CND Shellac polish.

Q: How long does it take to dry completely?

2 coats dry for me in 30 minutes...enough for light tasks. I wait an hour to be safe.

Q: can you use non acetone remover with this polish?

Yes, absolutely - you can remove CND Vinylux with non-acetone nail polish remover.
