Bags are damaged! The seam is open and the drawstring in out, so the bag cannot be tied and closed!
I just opened this box of the bags and every one of them is damaged! The seam is open and the drawstring in out, so the bag cannot be tied and closed therefore it was a waste of my money.

Having this makes having a cat even better
Having this cat litter box makes having a cat just so much better. I absolutely love having a cat, but when it comes to the litter box, I don’t like to clean it and get all the powder in my face and everything and this does it for me, and all I have to do is just empty out a trash bag in the very back every couple of days. I did notice that the smell you can still smell, but it’s not quite as bad because it’s dumped into the back but it is not smell proof. Tofu litter in mine and that seem to work really well and my cat immediately jumped right in it and started using it and didn’t even have to train him to go in there or anything like that.

Keeps dumping all the clean litter.
Just got this for Christmas.If it dumps the cat litter, check the drum alignment.Alignment marks would be a great addition.Slat spacing for sifting cat litter are larger than need be, so cat poop does not get thoroughly sifted.But all-in-all, not bad.

Worked for 30 min
And then completely stopped! Hasn’t worked since. We have tried EVERYTHING, installed and deinstalled app, changed router from 5gz to 2.4gz based on product troubleshooting guidelines, unplugged and plugged back in…everything MANY (8+ times). For the price, absolutely an epic FAIL! I was hopeful as setup was a breeze. The fact I will have to repack and send back is even a larger disappointment!! Just not worth it with the amount of options out there!

Just keeps flashing red
The media could not be loaded. The instructions say flashing red light means "stalled motor" but it has absolutely NO INFORMATION on how to remedy this problem. It never rotated at all even when I first plugged it in and it says it automatically does one full cycle it didn't do that either. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning this huge item. So disappointed
