These bars are great!

It was a while ago that I bought this and the only thing that still bothers me about it is the spelling of Clif, why only one 'f'? If that’s the only thing that bothers me then it can’t be that bad.TasteNice and choc lately. Sometimes with 'chocolate chip' you get a few chips of chocolate that have sunk to the bottom of the bar before it was cooked. They’ve done something right here, plenty of chocolate, throughout the bar for an overall chocolatey taste.VerdictI’m not sure that this is something I’d buy in bulk to add to my regular workout nutrition unless there was a serious reduction in price.It’s the sort of product I’d buy when stood at checkout queue in an outdoor/sports shop. And then take it as a snack on my next trip.

This has taken quite a while to arrive but when it did I found that it was just over four months out of date very dissapointing

It tasted great, but it arrived a few days past its sell by date. Not being one to let a few days sway me i tried it and didnt think it was that bad. I would say just check the expiry date anyway to give peace of mind, especially if you are bringing it on an extended trip.

I've purchased this product at a reduced price to give an honest non bias opinion of it. The cliff energy bar is unbelievably nice, it has plenty of chocolate chips and is unsurprisingly filling for such a small bar. At 1st I thought it would be a bit hard on my teeth to bite into but it wasn't, it's like a chocolate chips cookie. I had this for breakfast before work and it realy set me up for the day ahead giving me a boost and a filling breakfast snack. Would be great to be able to get a multipack to use for my daily routine. Great value for money and very satisfied.

Overall, a nice price for something that is quite energizing too.I always get very hungry at work around 10 am even though I have bran flakes for breakfast. I always end up munching on biscuits so I decided to give this energy bar a try in an attempt to curb the biscuits and chocolate temptation.The ingredient list is quite impressive as it uses organic oats and a long list of vitamins. I jumped at the chance at reviewing this product as I'm always on the prowl for new energising products on the market, whether it be drinks or food! I have to honestly say I was left pleasantly surprised by this product. I eat at least one energy bar a day, but this one tasted slightly different to all the others I've tried.Usually I just gobble it down and think 'didn't taste great but it'll do its job', but this one I ate it and wanted more! Crazy right! I even gave a piece to my husband to get his opinion and he said the same thing. So for taste - this bar is a definite winner. It does have a slightly powdery aftertaste the sort associated with protein bars. You wouldn't think something of its size would do anything for the gaping hunger hole in your stomach, but this one fills it nicely.Overall I'm very pleased with this product, and I'm eagerly awaiting it to hit the shops so I can purchase them when I'm out on my travels. But until then looks like I'll be ordering from here. Out of all the energy bars out there, this one is definitely in my top 3! And believe me I've tried a few!I recieved this product for free in return for an honest opinion on the product.
