I searched a lot of online websites specific to customizing promotional items before deciding to check on Amazon thinking they might have a better bulk purchasing option. Well, I was wrong. The only plus side to all that time spent browsing the internet, was the confidence I then had ordering these items through this seller. I wanted a few hundred basic clicking pens with a logo and website added for a small animal rescue I work with who were in need of some promo items.This seller was exceptional in communicating throughout the entire ordering process and the pens came out perfectly! They also arrived over a week earlier than expected because of the prompt messaging via Amazon. (Responses were pretty much immediate!)Once I uploaded and approved the proof, it was only days before they showed up at my door. All 300 pens were packed safely in a cardboard box and arrived without any damage. I tested a handful of the pens and they wrote very smoothly.Order them, they are great and the seller is amazing! :) I'm very selective about what I review because I just don't have a ton of spare time. I thought it was worth it to let others know they can trust this item/seller for their custom pen needs.

We ordered these up for a promotional event only two weeks before the event. They arrived exceptionally quick, without rushing the order either. The pens are of great quality and so is the lettering. Great quality, great service all at a great price! We will definitely re-order from this company again.

Ive ordered these twice now, and have people coming to my clinic stalking up. I figure it's great advertising if they love them. I initially thought they were the cheapest pens... come to find out, they write really well (nurses are weirdly particular about pens, now all my nurse friends come and stock up). They have a fine point, and the ink lasts a long time. It took me a year to get through the box we bought and that's with tons of give aways and everyone using them at the clinic and stuffing their pockets because they want them everywhere. The company usually needs a "vector" version of your logo but once you get that piece figured out it's a great product. Also, the companies I've used for custom products on Amazon have been really great about emailing you quickly and bring your idea to life... you approve it before production and it only took a couple weeks total!

This company produces good quality ink pens at good prices. They maintained impressive email communication with me in regards to the logo and lines of text that I wanted to appear on the pens. I would gladly purchase these pens again once my current supplies begin to run low.

The seller communicated efficiently and quickly through the Amazon messaging portal which is available 7 days a week. The draft design process was great and helped me see the exact layout including a logo that I sent to them and was aligned with the words perfectly.Based on reviews of various sellers of pens, I was compelled to test each one because you don't need your clients to think it's cheap. All 300 tested and drew the optional blue ink I requested (about 30 needed a few more circles to make the ink flow).Would order from this seller again.

These are a great value. They were easy to order and customer service was very responsive and nice during the ordering process. My only complaint is the logos printed on the pens aren’t very sharp. The edges are a little rough. But for the money, these are great. The quality of the pen ink isn’t wonderfully either.

Easy transaction, very helpful & made sure we were happy with the design.We use them in the seat backs at our church. Like that they are attractive, & retractable because we don't have to worry about pen caps falling off & getting ink on the seat fabric. Also, if someone takes it with them after service, they have our church name, phone & email as a reminder that we are here for them & love when they visit us
