Broke after 5 minutes of use
This is a stylish machine.I love its bullet, almost robotic shape and its modern look but thats all I love about it.Unfortunately I dont love the stand which is a plastic circle which you twist the main machine onto.Its annoying because the machine also has a circular mode where it can twist from side to side so trying to twist the whole thing onto the stand isnt simple as it should be.It went on anyway.Once on and having removed all the selotaped on plastic, I plugged it in.It blipped at me and then was just a dark screenIt has a touch screen so you need to touch the control icons on it.Nothing happened so I unwrapped the remote and inserted the supplied batteries .It turned on using the remote yayIt started in fan mode level one and I got it to turn from side to side from the remote, blowing its soft cold air.How nice and nearly silent.Then I changed it to heater and it seemed as though it did something just for a moment and then turned off never to show life again.So the operational life was around 5 minutes.I left it a while incase it was set to be thermostatically on and off but it never came back to life .My guess is it is faulty as the voltage mentioned in the instructions matches our UK voltage.It doesnt even show life when plugged in so Im guessing that is it.Taking it down to put back in its box, the top came off which made me suspect that this machine has been opened up to look into before.

Okay for a small room
The build quality is a little on the plastic side, that said, it's a good size for a small room. I like the fact that you have the option of having it as a heater or a fan. Also, it's useful to have a remote. It comes with full instructions. The fan isn't that powerful but the heater is effective.

Stopped Working after about 4 days
same problem as others, stopped working, not tried to replace fuse as yet but will be. Missed the window to return it to Amazon
