This is perfect for beginners!! Great price for everything you get. The yoga wheel was the main reason I bought this and it’s great! It’s great for stretching and rolling out the back. The yoga wheel isn’t smooth so if you’re looking for a more balancing wheel, this isn’t it. But it’s perfect for a rolling massage and allowing for a great, deeper stretch. It’s very sturdy. You can hurt yourself with it so be mindful when using it.Everything else is great, too! The blocks are perfect. They allow for deeper stretching as well.I love that everything can fit in the bag with ease. It’s easy to travel with if need be. Overall, this is worth the money! If you’re looking to build an at home gym or yoga props, this is ideal. Great price for everything you get and the quality is decent.

The media could not be loaded. Just as the title states, you can’t beat the price. Very sturdy, yoga belt and nylon stretch band aren’t as thick as the others I have, but definitely get the job done! The bag is very nice too. Not sure how long the zippers will last, but it’s nice to have a carrier. I returned 3 “Chirp” wheels/rollers to Target (they were $99.99) and I felt no difference between the two. I am around 105-110lbs at 5’4”, if that matters to any potential buyers out there. Resistance bands were great, and all labeled from Extra Light to Heavy. Haven’t tried the door stopper for the stretch nylon loops, but looks promising. No pamphlet included, if that matters to anyone.

I have lower back pains and these seem to do the trick and help relieve me of the pain.

Nice product easy to use comes with nice case. Sometimes question the sturdiness of the wheel but I do put full body weight on it and it holds my 110# frame pretty well... Love stretching. Feels good.

This set is great aside from that it actually does not include the mat which I thought it would. I'll have to buy a mat still, but I am very excited to give this a try!

My 10yo is a dancer, and I bought her this kit for her technique class. She loves it! I bought a second kit for home use as well. It had a lot of variety and it’s all pretty sturdy.

I appreciate the carrying case since I can take this with me when I travel. The yoga wheel and blocks are sturdy. I'm about 5'10", 165lbs and everything is strong enough for me to roll my whole back.

This are amazing. I'm an Athletic Trainer at a small college, and the athletes constantly want to stretch or crack their back. I bought these after seeing that other wheel all over my Facebook. This one is more economical and has a case and some TheraBands. The kids like it and I use it myself from time to time. It feels amazing to stretch out your back and get a it to pop. Just one thing, if you have long hair, make sure you put it up in a clip or messy bun, because it does hurt to roll over.
