Q: Does this just lower cortisol? or can it increase Cortisol? Looks like it lowers it

I believe it helps my body not produce so much cortisol in response to my periods of anxiety re. my health condition.

Q: does it give you energy or make you sleepy?

I haven't noticed that it has given me energy or makes me sleepy - I suffer from a condition that makes me feel anxious and that of course, so I've been advised to take it as an adrenal gland support and I believe it has helped me in that case.

Q: How many are in the bottle?

60 capsules. Very effective for adrenal fatigue and high cortisol levels.
