Compression
I received third-degree burns on both my arms and needed a true compression sleeve to reduce inflammation, calm the nerves and block UV rays. I have tried dozens of sleeves here on Amazon and this is the only one that truly provides compression. Others are more of just UV ray or sweat wrinkling. this is the only one that compresses really. just wish it was a little Less expensive considering it’s almost double the price of others

So good that I wear it 24/7.
I like the fact that it does minimize the pain in my arm caused by tennis elbow. When I used to take it off I would feel pain when I handled something heavy. I wear it 24/7 and feel very little occasional pain. Despite the fact that I have hot flashes it's not too hot and it's easy to roll down if I want to. It also is very long so all lengths of arm should be able to use the sleeve--it bunches up at my wrist but that is not a problem. One extra plus--when my high strung cat trys to scratch me occasionally on the arm --the sleeve thwarts his efforts.

Poor quality materials, doesn't last very long.
Update: 11/22/2019 - They worked great, until they didn't!!! Both of the sleeves came apart in less than 6 months use. The first sleeve began to show small "runs" in the fabric around the 4th month of use. Those small runs quickly developed into small holes, which then because large tears in the sleeves. The 2nd sleeve followed the same pattern in month 5. I was very careful to follow the Care instructions for them as I have had other sleeves in the past ruined because I did not. I also have 2 different other pair of sleeves from different vendors that have lasted well over this length of time (1 pair is going on 2 years). I have reduced the stars on These because, while the compression was good, the quality was not!!These have great compression and the material is awesome. My only complaint, and it is a small one and in no way affects the results of how they work, is that the sleeves are overly long. I have used multiple different compression sleeves over the past 3+ years and these are by far the longest. I have to fold them down at the top. Other than the length, the fit is spot on with the sizing chart. Seems to be a really good product so far.

Worthy of a thousand stars...says my arms!!
These high-compression sleeves have been a real blessing for elbow overuse/strain - tennis/golfers elbow. They are worn so often and for most of the day that I am often surprised to look over and see them on my arm/arms, as they are so comfortable and offer the ideal support that they have become part of my arm almost and I cease to notice them; a good sign, as it means the arm is well-supported! After I use my other recovery tools - after use or exertion of the area in an RSI task/activity, my arms are wanting these sleeves! Then, they really enjoy a cold sleeve over top of them! I am so glad I ordered these. They were the first purchase I made from this brand, after researching how to heal my overworked arms. Since then, I have ordered 2 other sets and 2 individual sleeves, all standard compression. This is a great company and a quality product. I suggest you go to their website and watch how to put them on.DO NOT STRETCH THE SLEEVE WHEN PUTTING IT ON OR TUG ON IT. There is a technique for putting them on. Learn it and do it that way. I get the sleeve over my wrist, then holding the top band bunched almost to the wrist, lock the other arm, and using a back & forth motion of the thumb, I push the arm I am putting the sleeve on, down and back & forth to work the sleeve onto the arm without stressing the sleeve. Watch the owner do it and you will have it down quickly. These are strong and you will wear yourself out & the sleeves less than if you put them on wrong, and mishaps them, too.Let them air dry after taking them off & hand wash them for max life.A formidable support tool I would not be without. So thankful for this company's integrity and service!!! Sore arm's version of a cozy blanket !One note: if you buy a set of designed sleeves (cool printed ones), be warned they are NOT mirror-imaged designs, but two sleeves with the exact same design direction orientation. So you will have 2 patterns that "tilt" the same direction, instead of in or outward. I like to mix them and wear 2 different sleeves, but for some patterns, having two in the same direction looks like a "2 left sleeves" effect. I sometimes and often only wear one anyway, but it is something buyers should know, in case they are looking for that mirror effect.High or standard compression, they are must-have if you do anything with hands, arms, elbows, etc. Your arm/hand architecture and use can only benefit from them. Anyone with RSI issues, I would highly suggest the max compression sleeves as part of your recovery regimen, esp. after activities that use those areas. They have made a huge difference for me, supporting my arms and enhancing/fostering healing and speeding recovery after RSI-activities.I would give them hundreds of stars!Be sure to measure for right fit. The high compression sleeves should be a challenge to put on because they need that strength to support the body/joint, but should not cut off circulation. If you are considering this product/company, I highly recommend it/them as a top company in this field, if not the very best in it!

For me: They work only in specific areas, best for wrist and elbow issues, not biceps or triceps...
They work only in specific areas, best for wrist and elbow issues, not for biceps and triceps as stated. Not as satisfied as I had hoped. Have to keep pulling them up if one wants higher support depending on your size, I guess and muscle tone. They do work, to an extent, only. I use them over a w/o shirt, it helps. (Decided to keep them, the seller is a PITA, as well... sent me two sizes for trial, then got all mixed up re returns). I kept the med, and I am usually a sm with a 10 in. bicep.

Helps my batwings and tennis elbow
I was pleasantly surprised how well these fit. I recommend to people new to wearing compression sleeves or socks to build up your endurance or tolerance by wearing them for 1 hour a day for a few days and building up from there. I am up to about 6 hours before it is bothersome to me. I got the largest size after measuring the largest part of my arms. My goal was to shrink my batwings a little and to reduce the pain from my 16 hr a day computer work. I even have scar tissue build up on my arms from surgery many years ago. All of these are prime reasons to get compression sleeves, but most are just upper arms or just elbow area. These sleeves are so perfect. They stretch from wrist to underarm perfectly. The only drawback is with my circumference, I need assistance to pull them up all the way up past the elbows but boy are these sturdy! They take my clawed tugs and husband's strong pulls and it doesn't even phase them or pull them out of shape! These are seriously high quality durable sleeves! Please note these are not uv sleeves though and you should wear sunscreen under them if going out in the hot sun or you will get a very interesting sunburn!

Great Service and Product
After having surgery on my arm from a broken humerus bone which resulted from an accident playing hockey I felt the need to try a compression sleeve. The sleeve has been very helpful in my being able to regain arm movement as it give the feeling that you have strength in your arm even though you really don't, also helps in relieving pain. The sleeve looks awesome also... Customer service was great in helping me to nail down the correct size and they went to extra lengths to make sure I had the right size that felt comfortable on my arm by not being too tight, they really went above and beyond compared to most companies.I will definitely be buying their products again.
