The product overall is very good. You absolutely cannot tell these are tiles, they look exactly like wall to wall carpet. I'm happy with the feel and amount of fiber on each tile. They don't feel like the cheap carpet at your big box store that's on the giant rolls in the back, but they're also not absolute luxury, either. Very much in the middle. The color I bought was Everest.I redid my home office, which was just about 140 square feet. It took me about 6 hours to lay it all and I had no prior experience laying carpet tile, or any carpet for that matter.The biggest flaw of the product is each tile is not 18X18 as advertised. Some tiles were 17" and some change. This made me go out of line a few times, and towards the end it was very irritating (especially since my back and knees were hurting at this point!) I would really rate the product 4.5 stars instead of 5 because of that.Durability remains to be seen since I just installed it.I wouldn't hesitate to buy this again!

I was skeptical to buy carpet squares that weren't lower profile (like gym floor mats) but I am blown away by these! The installation was unbelievably easy, they look great, and the customer service is top-notch. I had an issue with ONE piece out of three boxes and the company responded within 24 hours and sent me a replacement immediately. I highly recommend! (included is a photo of the first row)

I love it. It turned out nice for my first attempt. I can't wait to do the rest of the house.

This was my first attempt to install carpet tiles and I was very pleased with my results. They were easy to cut and apply. I can still see the seams, however, but this isn't a deal breaker. I chose these because of the attached padding and they feel great underfoot. I would purchase these again!

They may as well not sell this as self stick because it is not. Scotch tape has more adhesive than these carpets. Now I have to delay progress to go research what adhesives I can use that won't degrade the materials. So annoying! Why can't companies be honest about their products. Would it have been so hard to actually out a real adhesive on the dang tiles?
