We love Suja. This cleanse is not overly sweet - it's the perfect balance. We like the flavors and the juices leave you pretty satisfied. If you space them out, it sustains you pretty well. My husband and I have done this cleanse a couple of times. By day 3 he is usually pretty hungry. I like that it gives you snack ideas too - you can have this with overnight oats or a handful of nuts. Highly recommend.

Was not what it said it was , very accquired taste and dont feel any healthier than i was before DO NOT SEND ANYMORE WE DO NOT LIKE IT!

I tried this cleanse in an attempt to start a downward momentum on the scale. I guess it technically worked.. I lost 2-3 lbs of water weight. #eyeroll.I understand that there's a difference between sugar from fruit and added sugar, but on this cleanse, I drank 2-3x the amount of sugar I normally eat, and not any more fiber. I'm disappointed that there aren't any sources of protein allowed.. not even plant based. I was too fatigued to exercise, even though I supplemented with sweet potato, avocado and carrot sticks.I wish there had been more specific instructions for how to space them out. I had trouble fitting in 7 juices and honestly had to skip a couple. And the green juices are just AWFUL. I had to choke those down.I was pleasantly surprised that I wasn't running to a toilet the whole time, although it did keep things moving. I did have to pee a lot, though!One thing I overlooked (my fault) is that the acidity of the juices triggered my acid reflux. I had to pop TUMS several times each day.What I have gained from the cleanse is:1. I don't need to try anymore cleanses!2. The realization that I'm better off focusing on eating whole, non-processed foods, more raw fruits and vegetables, and eliminating added sugars.3. A reminder that fruit can be as satisfying as processed sugars like chocolate.4. HYDRATION is key. I drank more water than usual to wash down the juices. I'm hoping I can continue hydrating beyond the cleanse.For me, this wasn't worth the money, but I tried.

I really enjoyed these juices and the pack is a great value for everything you get! The juices were well packaged and arrived quickly. I was also happy that the juices were all kept really cold and the ice packs they used to ship were even all still completely frozen. With all of the juices and shots you also get an easy to follow guide to the cleanse (I was worried it would be complicated to follow having never done a cleanse before) which includes suggestions for snacks and a recipe for an optional breakfast. This was super helpful and I love that they provide the recommendations so you stay on track! Overall the juice flavors were good. I had never had a green juice before so for the more vegetable focused juices it took me a minute to get used to them, but after a few sips to acclimate they were really good and well balanced in flavor! Some of the other juices I really liked instantly and I plan to keep buying to drink on regular days (the probiotic juice was my absolute favorite and also definitely seemed to have an impact). Overall, great deal, very tasty, and I feel great!

This is the second time I have done the Suja juice cleanse! It is amazing. The main reason I did it was to jump start my body into thinking of healthy eating. It did just that. While on the cleanse you focus on the most important food intake-fruit and veggies. I did get hungry at times, but if you follow the recommend food you are "allowed" to eat It helps so much! My favorite was eating my overnight oats for breakfast. That holds you over for most of the day. Again, if you get hungry later around dinner time eat the basic fruit veggies, nuts, broth base soup, and 1/2 avocado. It really helps to get through it. After the cleanse I lost 4-5 lbs and was determined to kept that off, so I kept with the healthy diet. I added my protein and worked out. I am happy to say I lost a total of 12 lbs with a healthy choice foods and small portion size with exercise. So worth the try!

I participated in the three day juice cleanse. I wasn’t sure what to expect as this was my first juice detox. I can confirm, that the juices had a nice taste so they were easy to drink. What wasn’t ideal but expected - I had to make several more trips to the bathroom.Surprisingly, I was not hungry at all and was able to complete the detox. I did some light exercising as well during the cleanse which inspired me to push through.Overall, I give this cleanse a thumbs up. I plan on doing this again in 2 months. Definitely recommend.
