Just seems.....slow
So, it's not a bad computer. It is slightly annoying to not have a clear separation of the "left and right click" bar beneath the "mouse pad"...Overall, the computer is lightweight, a little slow on the boot up, but looks clear and sharp. The sound is good, but it is still pretty slow in comparison to what I'm used to with my work computer. However, this computer is for my husband rather than me, and he really enjoys it. He isn't the most computer literate and I suppose from his stand point, anything is better than nothing. I've owned Dell Laptops in the past, but for some reason, I've had better luck with my Lenovo and HP.

Excellent computer CAC ability & ICloud setup possible
I read a lot of reviews... I don’t understand why most gave little stars. I bought NEW fresh from box. I found this to be a great computer. User friendly talks when setting up applications & reasonably fast. I have just come from apple computer systems. In which are difficult to work military systems. So needless to say a great plus is this computer works with cloud and iBooks..The big plus for me is I am able to work with CAC reader without-setup just need a CAC reader ;-) mega huge plus. This allows access to .mil accounts. (For military email) NO Backlight as stated! However, CAC trumps that.

I love this new computer
I love this new computer! First new computer in 10 years. It set very easy to my previous Dell. And my last Dell was a little workhorse. I have not better expectations for this one.

BAD PRODUCT..
This product is terrible...It couldn't get any slower, losses programs, locks up, did I mention SLOW, SLOW..I expected more from a Dell computer...for the money I spent...DVD works but that's all that works correctly..,.Amazon should NOT carry this product..and I intend to tell them so...DON'T BUY, DON'T BUY

no media player
This was a gift so I didn't have any input as to the software, etc. to be included. I did like the option to play a CD or DVD but the media player for Windows 10 is not included. For the amount of money, I think that could have been included. Other than that, love the laptop so far!

You’ll be better off getting the first computer ever made
This laptop is totally useless, they claim it’s a 2018 laptop but it can’t even run as fast as windows xp computer, I bought it for my college homework and upon using it for the first time I discovered it was really slow, I’m talking takes like five minutes to open up a browser. And if you contact dell support about it they try to charge you for what they know is a bad computer, never buying from Dell again
