I bought some slippers which make a lot of noise on the wood floor and these help to make them quiter

Temporary repair
Good for a temporary repair but wouldnt last long, I bought this item to make some work shoes last a bit longer as the sole was worn, if cleaned properly they do stick but will only last a few weeks, mine have already started to peel back at the toe and it's not very thick. Temporary repair fine but don't purchase for a long term fix.

1. Clean the sole and keep it dry. 2. Trace the sole on the back of the liner. 3. Carefully cut out the traced lines. 4. Remove the reverse glue. 5. Glue the cut out part to the sole and press firmly.
