Excellent quality
I bought 13 tubes and have already painted 2 paintings, and I am very impressed with the quality of the paint. It is very smooth and easy to work with. I thought they would be a lower grade paint, due to the price at less than $6.00 for a huge 100ml tube. But in fact the quality is excellent. I recommend this paint without any hesitation. You will notice that some colors are more transparent and others more opaque. But the tube has a round sticky label with the color and it also indicates the level of transparency (3 different levels).I am very happy with the quality of this paint.

THIS OIL PAINT IS TAINTED
This Mont Marte TITANIUM WHITE OIL PAINT was a bad batch.. hopefully just these tubes were affected. There were small unmixable little grains of dried paint? or some such granulated pieces of something mixed into the paint. At first I thought it was my pallette that had sand in it or some problem that I caused but further mixing showed it to be the tube I was using. I would not buy this brand of paint again. It took a large effort to remove the little foreign objects from my painting surface.. bad scene.

you get a LOT for you money. funny smell at first.
Maybe should be 4 STARS for the amazingly low price and nice 100ml Size Tube!!!Paint has a slightly "enamel-like" smell, vs. the normal predominant linseed oil smell,or such was my first experience with one sample tube of the Orange Yellow (probablyequivalent to Cadmium Yellow Medium "Hue" in other oil paint brands).I tried wet on wet which worked, and the paint seems like it works. Just need to evaluatewhat's up with that smell. Also for some reason, which might have been the packaging personaccidentally spilling their cheap aftershave or perfume on the tube, it had another smell to theoutside, which was super perfumy and i'm chemically sensitive, and had to wash it heavyilywith dish soap using protective rubber gloves to get the horrid cheap perfume off the tube.could have been an accident in packing for shipping.for the volume and amazingly low price, especially since it shipped free with prime,it, again, perhaps should get 4 Stars... i'll change review down the line as i continueto experiment with it and maybe try to buy one other color.i'm a professional oil painter and teacher. So i tend to need very expensive oil paint, but run low on money as do my students.

Good Bargain for Good Oil Paints
I've been getting these as I run out of colors since I'm finding them quite creamy and paint just as well as those more expensive brands. Chemically and for archival purposes, I really can't comment, although in their description they claim "to provide permanence". They paint very nicely and for the amount you get and what you pay for it, I plan to continue to buy these.

Good product, great price.
I purchased 35 tubes of Mont Marte oil paints and so far have used 12 different colors. The paints are very smooth and easy to apply to canvas, They blend quite well with other colors, easily thin and the plastic containers they come in are extremely easy to use versus convention metal tubes. But best of all is the price. Each tube is less than half the price of regular oil paints. Happy painting.

Poor Quality packaging & too oily..
I purchased this brand of oil paint, because of the reviews it got. I purchased 7 of these, but the Vermilion, Turquoise & Magenta color are terrible. First when you open the cap & if you tipped the tube the oil just leaked all over. So I would have to hold it over the trash can til it sort of stopped leaking. Then you gently squeeze the tube onto the palette & it would come out still in a pool of oil around the paint. The worst thing that I just came across today was these three colors caps had cracked right on the top of the caps! Thank goodness I kept all 7 of these colors in a ziplock bag, because my oil painting travel case would have been ruined! The other 4 caps are starting to bulge. If you are a Bob Ross wet on wet technique painter..DO NOT use these paints. I usually buy Bob Ross, Winsor & Newton or Master's Touch. Much heavier bodied paint. These may be less expensive, but I wasted my money since I had to trash these 3 & I'm sure the other ones will be right behind them. BIG disappointment!!

Too much separated liquid
The price is very good. But every time I open the tube huge amount of liquid/oil comes out spoiling other paints on my palette

Good Paint & Great Value
This gets 3 stars because the cap they use is cheap and breaks. I've had several caps break and the company will not send replacements.I do like this paint, it's creamy, mixes well, and wet on wet fine. The oil does separate with some paints and I have just made a habit of holding the tube over a paper towel before putting it on the pallet. The colors are good but like most paints there may be a difference in color from company to company but for the price I'm willing to take my chances and I've been pretty happy so far. I must say, I'm old school, having started painting in the 1960's when you mixed your own colors.

The lid completely broke
So upset with this. I have had this just over a week and the entire lid just popped off! It’s a twist cap but now that the lid itself is broken it’s really unfortunate as this oil paint will dry out very soon! Not to mention the mess it has made because of it...I had high expectations because of the amazing reviews but must admit, I am thoroughly disappointed.

Not as good as expected
Not as good as I was expecting from Montmarte... I opened the tube and the paint came out like water ..I don't like the texture but it as good adherence and cover when on canvas.

Bad quality of product
I have never seen such a terrible quality. The oil and paint are separate and It created a mess just opening the tube, is it like “shake it first” kind of product?!!
