Where to start:- The product is flimsy- There are bent parts- There are scratched parts- There is paint damage- But the best bit, is that there are footprints on the top sheet.This damage could have only occurred in the factory. No QC or checking before it was packed.Protracted returns process, poor customer service on to of a poor product.Had to get Amazon to intervene to resolve the issue.

Essential not very impressed with this items Firstly we didn’t have any instructions of how to put it together It was bent so had to go get some more screws to keep lid down

The cover fits well on my Daikin outdoor unit. The instructions are a little confusing and I would recommend making a pilot hole before using the self tapping screws. Happy with the purchase.

Poor quality, parts missing and looks cheap. Do not buy.Tried to return but the cost of returning the item is more than half the original cost, so we are having to throw away. Complete waste of money

Product is very flimsy, no instructions to install, and only two holes screwed into top plate! Would not buy again.

This was ordered by my partner and arrived several weeks later. We opened the box to find three flimsy panels that were marked and scratched. No top panel and no fixings. It is absolute trash and Amazon and the seller should be ashamed of themselves for peddling such useless, nasty rubbish. And this at such a high price. It comes from China so returning it is prohibitive and, bang, you’ve lost £140. Just nasty. If there were minus stars, I would gladly award them.
