Isn’t compatible with my vehicle

Great little device to wirelessly connect your Android and/or iPhone. Plug in, link via Bluetooth , and your phone is connected.Be aware that you need to use a switch on the device to switch between the 2 standards, it's not automatic as 2 different phones in the care would cause havoc otherwise.Only downside is because of the freedom of keeping your phone in your pocket, you can easily forget to charge it when using maps etc.

I bought this a month ago for my 2020 Q5, when I first got it connected it worked great, music, maps etc where all displaying on the screen.This week, for some reason, my car no longer recognises the device and it no longer works.If someone could give me advise on how to get this up and running again it would be greatly appreciated

I can only review this for Android Auto as I don’t possess an iPhone, it is however really handy to have that choice. To make life easy the following is the way I set it up.• Switch to Android Auto, the switch on the side toward you• Plug the device into the USB socket• Have your phone ready to pair Bluetooth as you would any other BT equipment• Turn on the ignition• Be patient and you will get a pairing code on your phone, press ‘Pair’• The ‘Head’ will display your local map and is ready for voice instructionsI found the instructions a bit confusing but with the inclusion of an USB A to C adapter and a sticker to secure this magic little box in position, that’s no big deal. I have used a similar adapter but find this one to be faster to boot up and to react to voice commands, I can’t fault it 👍

Was really disappointed with the product. It connects fine but when playing music it really lags and it's like listening to a CD that constantly skips. Spotify plays but doesn't show on screen ever....will be looking for a refund.

Praticamente in un attimo ho collegato il cellulare (XIAOMI) al mio sistema Android in modalità wireless. Nessun problema dopo mesi d'uso.

Rarement un achat ne m'aura fait autant plaisir ! L'adaptateur n'occupe pas beaucoup de place, ce qui est un plus. Il suffit juste de le connecter à la prise data de la voiture, de s'y connecter avec le smartphone en bluetooth, et c'est fait ! La connexion wifi est automatique par la suite. Un petit scotch 3M rond double-face est même fourni pour le fixer au véhicule.Personnellement, j'ai un téléphone Android assez récent. Ma voiture date de 2017 (Peugeot 2008).Le tout fonctionne à la perfection. Vous utilisez votre Android Auto comme avant, lorsque vous vous embêtiez à connecter votre smartphone à chaque fois au câble qui le reliait au véhicule, sauf que maintenant, vous ne vous souciez de rien. Votre smartphone reste dans votre poche, et la connexion sans fil s'effectue automatiquement, et instantanément.Les fonctionnalités Android Auto restent identiques.Bref, je suis bluffé, et recommande vivement !Excellent achat.

Ne fonctionne pas sur Peugeot 3008

Estaba harto de que la conexión entre mi móvil y la pantalla del coche fuera inestable ya que los cables cortos que usaba se doblaban con el tiempo, lo que hacía que en baches o curvas la conexión se desconectara. Con este adaptador puedes usar directamente la conexión con el coche sin necesidad de conectar el cable al móvil lo que hace que la conexión sea mucho más sencilla y evitaba el problema que he descrito.Yo uso Android y mi novia iPhone, y funciona con los 2 sólo teniendo que cambiar un pequeño interruptor situado en en lateral.Recomiendo pegarlo en algún sitio escondido con cinta de doble cara para que no se vea mucho y no moleste. Además, aseguraros de que es compatible con el coche. En un coche un poco más antiguo he logrado usar carplay pero no Android auto, pero en la descripción del producto pone que es para coches a partir de 2017, así que tenedlo en cuenta para los que vayan a usarlo con Android.
